Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no card required: you get 1 digital business card, a branded profile URL, a QR code and a basic page. Upgrade whenever you want to unlock more fields, a photo, custom branding or analytics.
How do people save my contact details?
Visitors open your profile URL or scan your QR code and tap the Save Contact button. They instantly get a vCard (.vcf) file that adds you to their phone contacts — photo included on paid plans.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your card stays active on the Free plan.
Do team members need their own accounts?
No. On the Business plan the owner creates team member cards from the Team page — each member gets their own profile, vCard and QR code, and shares the company's branding. Owners can optionally set member logins.
Can I use my own company branding?
On Pro and Business plans you can upload your company logo and pick a brand color for your profile header. Business plans can also enable a custom company subdomain.
How does billing and invoicing work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle. Every successful payment generates an invoice you can view and download from your dashboard's billing history.
